Here, you will make an impact by:Installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and modifying facilities and production equipment.Applying fundamental technical skills to develop, improve, and implement manufacturing processes.Developing and implementing maintenance procedures and techniques for safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the plant.Analyzing data/performance of existing equipment to determine proper maintenance plans, design changes, and improvements.Maintaining equipment parts inventory.Working with supervisor to identify improvement opportunities.Ability to clearly speak, understand, and write in English to communicate effectively in both verbal and written contexts.Your Skills and Expertise  To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Associate degree or higher in an electrical/mechanical field ORHigh School Diploma/GED AND 2 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environmentIn addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:Ability to work overtime, weekends, holidays, or short notice shift coverage as neededAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Ability to lift up to 50lbsAbility to stand and/or sit frequentlyWork location: Onsite - 10351 W 70th St, Eden Prairie, MN 55344Travel: No TravelRelocation Assistance: Not authorizedMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).Supporting Your Well-being Solventum offers many programs to help you live your best life – both physically and financially.
