Tracks actual performance vs. plan using Key Performance Indicator (KPI) metrics; implements corrective action as necessary to ensure that annual objectives can be achieved.Interprets and enforces Company policies and procedures; holds employees fully accountable for complying with these standards. Exposure to industrial noise, forklift traffic, moving mechanical parts, and temperature extremes occurs in operating areas of the plant.Compensation and Benefits:The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between$77,800-$111,900Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training.
