*Job Summary*
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nursing Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to nursing staff and assist in delivering high-quality patient care in a geriatric setting.

*Duties*
* Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
* Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure.
* Provide support in the administration of medications as directed by nursing staff.
* Help maintain a clean and safe environment for patients by adhering to infection control protocols.
* Assist with mobility and transportation of patients within the facility.
* Document patient care activities accurately in accordance with healthcare policies.
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
* Provide emotional support to patients and their families during difficult times.
* Participate in training programs related to caregiving practices and patient care techniques.

*Qualifications*
* Ability to work effectively in a geriatric setting.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
