Job Description Merchandiser II - Lincoln, ILAg Services & OilseedsThis is a full-time, exempt position. JOB SUMMARYReporting to the Commercial Manager - Lincoln, NE. The position is responsible for the handling of grain and oilseeds origination, meal merchandising, logistics, accounting, and other customer related issues. Focusing on achieving optimum financial results while building strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and third party trading and transportation partners. As an established member of the merchandising team, this position requires strong strategic thinking, market knowledge, teamwork, and employee development focus.KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
