Grady Health This is an excellent opportunity for a self-driven individual to demonstrate their leadership skills, build a strong team, deliver operational and financial excellence, establish strong partner relationships with existing and new clients to assist in the growth and retention of their business and show proven accomplishments. The successful candidate must have strong operations knowledge, understand labor and food cost, financial acumen, process improvement such as Lean Six Sigma, project management, talent management, communication skills, front-line leadership, in addition to a demonstrated track record of developing strong client relationships. The Sr. Area GM is a trusted advisor central to the client partnership and key to delivering results that meet client needs. Has direct accountability for operational excellence ‐ achieved by delivering on our contractual obligations and our service commitments that are: Predictable, Reliable, and Repeatable.
