Drives the parts pickup to deliver and/or receive parts, documents, and packages and other items to and from businesses and Company locations. Assists feedlot, ranch and/or farm employees in locating and ordering parts; records parts leaving storage area on distribution sheets in order to maintain an accurate inventory count. Transfers information from parts distribution sheets to ensure proper cost accounting to individual vehicle and equipment units. Inputs inventory information onto the computerized inventory system to keep an accurate and up-to-date accounting of inventory levels. Receives inventory into JDE accurately off of invoices. Services vehicle driven by keeping it clean, checking fluid levels, replenishing fuel and scheduling pickup services. Helps clean parts house, office area, lunch room & bathroom. Dust, sweeps and mops parts house as needed.QUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
