Janitorial Clerk

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Janitorial Clerk to join our team at WinCo Foods. As a Janitorial Clerk, you will play a critical role in maintaining a safe and clean store facility environment, ensuring a positive experience for our customers and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a clean and organized store facility, including floors, restrooms, and common areas.
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, responding to their needs and concerns in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and restocking supplies.
• Identify and report any facility maintenance issues or concerns to management.
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve store goals and objectives.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in facilities maintenance or customer service preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
