You will collect data, be responsible for maintaining information integrity, monitor reconciliations and conduct basic checks and controls.How you will contributeYou will:Execute aspects of finance planning and performance management process and related financial decisions potentially including Annual Contract planning/forecasting, target development, financial performance reporting/analysis, financial modeling and decision support for a focused scope within NA Ventures. You will also execute data collection and data integrity checks.Support the Monthly / Quarterly / Annual Forecast processes and Revenue Target setting process.Consolidate P&L's from key stakeholders (i.e. GR, NR,MIX, COGS, EVAs etc) on a monthly basis, and understand the reasons for deviations from Forecast, Plan and Prior Year.Support the monthly closing process.Coordinate reviews and prepare PowerPoint slides for Month End, Operational Reviews and Leadership presentations.Contribute to a strong controls and compliance environment in area of scope and ensure full compliance with our policiesExecute ad hoc analyses and projects as requested by the Senior Finance Manager (or VP)Support projects to improve efficiencies and improvements to ways of working and embrace a mindset of continuous improvementContribute to a high-performing Finance team. Team player with can do mentality to deliver resultsGROWTH/DIGITAL MINDSET and the ability to execute opportunities and leverage technology to improve operational efficiency and effectivenessINTEGRITY and sound judgement in all decisions and interactions aligned with our values and policies and external regulationsMore about this roleThe Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A, Ventures must have a collaborative style with the ability to build partnerships cross functionally, effectively influence, and develop and implement business process improvements in the planning, reporting and performance management area.The qualified candidate will work on daily/weekly/monthly planning and reporting in partnership with our outsourced finance support team, be involved in the forecast process including monthly/quarterly updates and annual / strategic plans.
Must understand monthly/quarterly actuals and key drivers of past performance. Key responsibilities:Ensuring all monthly, quarterly, and annual closing, planning & forecasting work streams are well-planned and coordinated, consistently on time and completed with impeccable accuracyConsolidating monthly / quarterly actual results including key performance drivers and commentary related to the Gross Revenue, Net Revenue and Consumption.Prepares consolidation, close, and Ad hoc financial reportsDevelop performance measures and indicators to understand, quantify, and communicate risks and opportunitiesDevelop & support financial models and other analytical tools to help address business needs including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, performance tracking, and results analysisEnhance and improve of planning, budgeting & reporting processesManage and deliver consistent results review cadence with internal leadership and business partnersQualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration required, CPA preferred3 or more years of finance experience is requiredExperience with financial systems, particularly NetSuite, Power BI and SAP a plusStrong Excel skills including manipulation of data bases, pivot tables, advanced formulas and graphs/dashboards are requiredNeed to be able to handle/analyze large amounts of dataAdaptability - responds resourcefully to new demands and challengesStrong analytical, critical thinking, listening and communication skillsSelf-motivated, confident, results oriented, strong financial acumenAbility to influence without authority, collaborate and interact with all levelsStrong ability to develop reporting packages in Power Point and ExcelHybrid role in the office 2-3 days a weekThe base salary range for this position is $83,800 to $115,225; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
