Make It Uniquely Yours.The Finance Manager, FP&A Overheads will primarily be responsible for managing the Sales & Marketing overheads for the United States including all the planning, analysis, accounting, controls and reporting aspects.How you will contributeYou will:Manage Financial Forecasting Process (Monthly, Quarterly & Annual) etc. in partnership with multiple stakeholders / budget ownersPrepare monthly/quarterly outlooks with risks and opportunitiesAnalyze actual results vs. forecasts and providing commentary for driversExplaining the drivers to the regional and global leadership along with preparing review materialEnsuring system hygiene and making sure all the systems touching overheads tie to each other and have the right numbersParticipate in various projects representing overheads in the cross functional teamsPost monthly journal entriesDocument Processes and deliverables (through Process maps, flow charts etc.).Focus on improving processes based on their assessment and take charge of implementing the changesWhat you will bringA desire to drive your future and accelerate your career. You will bring experience and knowledge in:TECHNICAL EXPERTISE in financial planning and performance management including data collection and structuring, analyzing, planning and reporting company financial performance across all financial KPIs and investment decisions and cost management to achieve financial targetsBUSINESS ACUMEN and understanding of our business, consumer packaged goods industry, and local snacking market dynamics. Relevant experience in a regional/local businessLEADERSHIP SKILLS including experience with business partnering and communication skills across a large regional or local public companyGROWTH/DIGITAL MINDSET and the ability to identify/execute opportunities and leverage technology to improve operational efficiency and effectivenessINTEGRITY and sound judgement in all decisions and interactions aligned with our values and policies and external regulationsQualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required6 or more years of experience in FP&A and AccountingPrior Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) experience strongly preferredStrong technical skills required (i.e. Excel)Experience with Oracle based retrieve systems (i.e. FIT) and SAPStrong strategic and analytical skillsExperience within a multinational company is preferredNeed to be able to handle/analyze large amounts of complex dataStrong influencing and communication skills, and ability to lead teamsStrong team player who manages collaboratively with all stakeholdersAgility to self-learn on topics and consult where necessaryAbility to articulate complicated situations in a simple mannerThe anticipated base salary range for this position is $103,200 to $141,900; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. The salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
