Our Production Operators are the feeder group for all production-based operator positions within the various production departments, which include Unloading, Dry Pet Processing and Dry Pet Packing. Team members train during and/or after the training period and will be moved to one of several critical factory positions to operate, including Extruder Operator, Utility, Packing Operator, etc.Train on specific production equipment/machinery in a safe and productive manner.Provide support to operators in Unloading, Processing and Packing.Run unloading, processing, and packing equipment, and serve as backups to operator positions in various departments.Troubleshoot and complete preventative maintenance/clean and inspect checklist for equipmentEffectively work with interdepartmental personnel in order to maintain a good flow of safety, quality, and production information throughout the plant.Operate a forklift as needed.Requirements1+ years of experience operating and troubleshooting machinery/equipment in a manufacturing, production, agricultural, military, or related environment.OtherThis position requires a flexible work schedule.You may be required to work a 2nd or 3rd shift.Don t meet all the qualifications listed under
