In addition to our own product lines, MSB also provides co-packing services for other businesses, delivering exceptional quality and flexibility.We are now recruiting candidates for the following position:Job Title: Operations Excellence and Continuous Improvement ManagerJob Summary:Drive business excellence through strategic leadership, innovation, and continuous improvement, fostering a culture of operational excellence, employee development, and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies aligning with MSB's business objectivesLead cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize opportunities for improvementDrive process enhancements using Lean, Six Sigma, TPM/TQM, and other methodologiesAnalyze data to inform decision-making and measure initiative effectivenessCollaborate with executive leadership and department directors to share best practicesDevelop and manage budgets for continuous improvement initiativesCoach and develop teams to build capabilities and achieve operational excellenceFoster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and learningEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policiesRequirements:5+ years of progressive manufacturing experience, including leadership rolesProven track record of leading continuous improvement initiativesStrong knowledge of:Continuous Improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, TPM/TQM)Project management principlesData analysis and problem-solving tools (e.g., Excel, statistical process control)Change management and organizational developmentMaterial Requirements Planning (MRP) and inventory managementBachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related fieldProficient in Microsoft Windows environment and familiar with spreadsheets, databases, and enterprise softwarePreferred Qualifications:Professional certifications (Six Sigma Black Belt, Lean Master, etc.)Experience in food packaging, beverage filling, or high-speed consumer products manufacturingExperience with performance metrics and benchmarkingKnowledge of automation technologies (e.g., robotics, machine learning)Manufacturing Software Experience:Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC)Inventory management and warehouse management systemsManagement Skills:Strategic planning and executionTalent development and coachingChange management and communicationConflict resolution and negotiationEmotional intelligence and influencing skillsCross-functional collaboration and team buildingWhat We Offer:Comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision,disability, 401(k, profit share, vacation time, sick time)Opportunities for professional growth and development in a collaborative environmentCommitment to safety, quality, and diversityPhysical Demands:Regularly stand, walk, bend, twist, reach, and lift up to 25 pounds; occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
