To follow clinic policies and procedures for all financial and adherence requirements.Qualifications:Education: Bachelors degree in Social Work required.Experience: Minimum of one years experience in a health care setting with Hospice experience preferred. Experience with issues related to bereavement and the terminally ill patient preferred.Other: Good oral and written communication skills; Good organizational skills. Must be a licensed driver. Ability to work as a member of an interdisciplinary team.Preferred Education: Masters degree in Social Work.
