If yes, then this is for youWeekly Pay (starting rate + weekend shift differential pay)Incentive pay - earn more money for exceeding productivity goals.11:00am start timeShift -(4 days on, 3 days off) - Sundays requiredOpportunity for 40+ hours per weekSafe, Team-Oriented Work EnvironmentExcellent benefits that include: Medical (HSA & FSA), Dental, Vision, Employee Assistance ProgramHome, Auto and Pet Insurance offerings401K Savings plan with matching contributionPaid time off and paid holidaysTuition ReimbursementJob Responsibilities and Accountabilities:Identify the pick locations and safely pick the items.Inspects assigned equipment for safety issues.Identifies the correct pick location, Master Case locations, and pick sequence in accordance to the order.Picks the correct item and quantity, checking UPC s or item descriptions.Places pick labels on the side of the cases.Shrink wraps and labels with correct truck, stop and other required information.Stages pallets in appropriate bay, and builds a stable and well cubed pallet.Immediately informs a supervisor or manager of any potential safety threats, any violation of company policy, keeps area clean and debris out of work area.Operates pallet jack/push cart in a safe and efficient manner.Job Requirements:Must be 18 years of age or older.Willing to consent to background and drug screening.Ability to lift up to consistently lift up to 60, frequent bending, stooping and lifting.Ability to work in various temperatures.Adheres to attendance policy and commits to work schedule.Good judgment is required for this position as there may be times when direct supervision may not be immediately available.Steel toe or composite toe footwear is required.Understanding of Safety guidelines.Warehouse/Operations and understanding of WMS preferred but not required.Ability to select at established minimum rate for department.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, age, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, disability, or protected veteran status.
