Division St. Fond du Lac, WI 549355 SSM Health is looking for a passionate CNA to join our Neuro Medical Surgical unit at St. Agnes Hospital Located in Fond du Lac, St. Agnes is a Certified Stroke Center and has served as the area’s primary stroke center for the last 29 years.   The Neuro Med Surg department treats a wide range of neurological disorders and diagnoses including Neuro Psych patients, Neuro Surgical cases, general Medical Surgery patients, and cases of Chronic Heart Failure. This department holds 20 beds with an additional 5 bed Rehab unit. The average daily census is 16.5. This opportunity is scheduled for 12 hours per week on the evening shift.  We offer a competitive work environment with dedicated team players who enjoy supporting one another.
