COMPANY OVERVIEWEstablished in 1986, Twang Partners, LLC is a trailblazing Latino-founded company dedicated to crafting premium-flavored salts, sugars and seasoning blends.  With a rich history spanning over three decades, Twang consistently delivers top-quality products authentically made to enhance the taste, appearance, and enjoyment of food and beverages.  At the heart of Twang’s diverse portfolio are Beer Salts, Flavored Snack Salts, Drink Rimmers and an All-in-One Michelada Cocktail mix.  Additionally, Twang specializes in crafting blends tailored for the foodservice industry.  Our commitment to quality and innovation has driven successful collaborations with top food and beverage companies worldwide, resulting in custom toppings and inclusions that redefine culinary experiences.  Find Twang’s products in grocery, convenience, and liquor stores nationwide or explore our complete line at www.twang.com.Responsibilities:·Assists the Facilities Manager in assigning the work of the maintenance team members·Determines materials, equipment and supplies to be used·Assists in coordinating and inspecting any contract work done on the electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems·Performs basic repairs to mechanical equipment and building systems as necessary·Analyzes and makes recommendations on any purchase of new equipment·Update inventory and other supplies as needed·Maintain a safe and clean working environment·Additional duties as neededRequirements:·High School diploma or equivalent; some college preferred·Two (2) years minimum education and training beyond high school level in general maintenance and repair5 - 10 years experience with electronics and machines, preferably food/drug production and packaging equipment·Supervisory experience a plus·Must be able to recognize electrical, plumbing and mechanical malfunctions or equipment failures·Most have a solid understanding of electrical systems·Ability to communicate effectively with fellow employees, vendors and contractors·Ability to understand complex written and oral instructions·Solid computer skills required·Requires close vision, color vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus·Must be able to work effectively in a loud work environment·Must be able to stand or walk for long periods of time during a regular work day·Must be able to lift and carry materials weighing 50+ pounds, climb up and down ladders and work while stooping, kneeling, crouching or crawlingWHAT WE OFFERCompetitive salary and performance-based bonus.Comprehensive benefits package that includes healthcare, dental and a 401K plan.Opportunity to work with a passionate and dynamic team.A chance to make a real impact in a growing company.
