Essential functions include:
Responsible for maintaining documentation associated with operations. Uphold quality, safety, and cleanliness standards within designated areas. Ensure that all required maintenance is performed. Communicate with other team members to ensure efficient plant operations. Address equipment problems in an aggressive manner, as to minimize downtime. Ensure that all resources are available for production run. Set-up oncoming shift for successful run. Expected to perform any duties necessary to support the team. Obtain information necessary to perform duties at pre-shift tailgate meetings and by meeting with off-going operator. Vigilantly monitor equipment operation for indications of impending problems and possible operational improvements. Backup to all production jobs as needed.

Opening is for Graveyard Shift with working hours of 9:00pm to 5.30am with Monday / Tuesday days off.For candidates based in California, this position currently starts at $22.72, up to $28.40, but as of September 1st 2024 pay will start at $24.40 up to $30.50If you are a California resident, the information you provide to Hood is subject to Hood’s California Consumer Privacy Act Notice.
