The R&D Manager will report directly to the Director of Technical Service.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the R&D team, ensuring optimal workload distribution and team performance.Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.Drive innovation in product development, from concept through to commercialization, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company quality requirements.Conduct market research to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities in the spice and seasoning market.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including quality, sales, and production, to ensure successful product launches.Conduct sensory evaluations and shelf-life studies to ensure product quality and stability.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes.Provide technical support and training to internal teams and customers as needed.Ensure all R&D activities are conducted in accordance with food safety and quality standards.Develop and implement food safety protocols and practices within the R&D department, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and standards.Prepare and present reports on R&D activities, progress, and results to the Director of Technical Service.
