RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Business Analyst IV in Mountain View, CA.

Duties:
* Business Analyst IV will liaison between IT and business, and works directly with end-user groups and management to elicit user requirements and develop functional specifications for digital solutions
* Collaborate closely with other analysts, developers, and designers to ensure system functionality aligns with business requirements and compliance standards
* Performs complex tasks with some oversight such as developing business cases, experience storyboards, personas, digital requirements management and contributing to the system deliverables and user documentation

Primary Responsibilities:
* Lead and facilitate cross departmental teams to transform business requirements into user and functional requirements
* Work with UI/UX designers and other technology teams to document business needs for digital project deliverables
* As a Business Analyst IV, you will write and maintain software requirements specifications that are clear, complete and executable
* Ensure that requirements are understood by development team

REQUIREMENTS:
* Working knowledge of Web Technologies
* Extensive experience creating business documents using Microsoft Word, Excel and Visio
* Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from management and end users
* Ability to define problems, assemble and analyze data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and make recommendations

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
