Proposal Coordinator The Ascendancy Group’s Mission At The Ascendancy Group, we aim to be the ultimate provider of technical, service, and training-based solutions for special operations forces (SOF) and the Intelligence Community. Overview The Ascendancy Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Proposal Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in managing the proposal development process, ensuring timely and high-quality submissions for government contracts. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information, develop proposal content, and ensure compliance with solicitation requirements. Security Requirement: The ability to obtain a SECRET security clearance is required. Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept it: Proposal wrangling: Coordinate the entire proposal process like a true strategist. No pressure.Team whispering: Work with internal teams and external partners to collect the right information.Content wizardry: Keep templates, outlines, and content libraries from turning into cryptic mysteries.Editing excellence: Ensure accuracy, clarity, and that no one sneaks in Comic Sans.Deadline domination: Keep things on schedule with the precision of a military operation.Research reconnaissance: Hunt for market trends and competitor insights like a corporate spy.Document control: Prevent versioning disasters before they happen.PowerPoint prowess: Make presentations that won’t put people to sleep. Position Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (or just the magical ability to make sense of government lingo).2+ years of experience in proposal coordination (bonus points if you’ve survived government contracting).Desktop Publisher experience—because design matters.Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.Project management and organizational skills that would impress even the most Type A person.Familiarity with government contracting?
