Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced professional in the unified testing domain expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in testing unified meeting rooms, particularly with Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) and Zoom Rooms. This role involves testing and ensuring the seamless integration of various communication devices within meeting rooms.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Unified Meeting Rooms Domain:
    • Leverage expertise in extensive range of meeting room and conferencing solutions.
    • Manage and test a set of devices that connect to equipment in meeting rooms.
    • Conduct unified communication testing with meeting rooms, focusing on Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) and Zoom Rooms.
    • Test and validate the performance of cameras, microphones, and speakers within unified communication setups.
  • Technological Proficiency:
    • Predominantly work with Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) technology.
    • Collaborate with diverse teams and manage various media types to ensure optimal performance and integration.
Qualifications:
  • Approximately 5 years of experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms.
  • Proficiency in Zoom Rooms is also beneficial.
  • Strong understanding of unified communications and the ability to test and troubleshoot cameras, microphones, and speakers.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively with different teams and manage multiple media types.
