  • Strong working knowledge of CRM solutions and strategies, including
  • Experience with built-in capabilities and options available in Microsoft Dynamics and the ability to make recommendations on how to best leverage those capabilities and options when formulating CRM solutions
  • Maintains Microsoft certifications with Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform
  • Experience with Microsoft Dataverse
  • Working knowledge and experience with Model Driven Apps and Canvas Apps
  • Knowledge of application integration with Power App
  • Knowledge of Power Automate
  • Ability to investigate enterprise and vendor APIs to determine whether they provide the necessary data to support an initiative and identify any modifications that may be necessary
  • Proven track record for defining format and mapping of data for interfaces between systems
  • Experience with Azure DevOps (Boards, Test Plans, Pipelines) is an asset
  • Experience with all phases of the SDLC process and various Agile Methodologies.
