Required Skills & Experience:
  • At least 7 years of software development experience, particularly in full-stack development.
  • Strong proficiency in languages and technologies such as JavaScript, React, SQL, and AWS.
  • Proven leadership experience with a track record of successful project delivery.
  • Familiarity with designing and implementing microservices-based solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills with an ability to collaborate across teams.

Desired Skills & Experience:
  • Experience with agile methodologies.
  • Exposure to Python is a huge plus. Any other Open Source, Back End experience is fine as long as you're open to learning/using Python.
  • Knowledge of best practices in software design and development.
  • A proactive approach to identifying technical debt and implementing solutions.

What You Will Be Doing:
  • Leading a team of software engineers, ensuring high-quality development and delivery.
  • Collaborating with product managers and stakeholders to define project scope and requirements.
  • Developing and implementing software solutions that adhere to best practices and quality standards.
  • Conducting code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure reliability.
  • Mentoring junior engineers and contributing to their professional growth.

Tech Breakdown:
  • 70% Front End Development
  • 30% Backend Development

Daily Responsibilities:
  • Mentorship of more junior developers
  • Architectural design strategy and implementation
  • Meetings with business stakeholders for application development and integration
