We are seeking a highly skilled NetSuite Functional Specialist to spearhead implementation projects for a prestigious client in the apparel industry.

Job Description
The NetSuite Functional Specialist will lead the implementation of NetSuite ERP systems focusing on financials, supply chain, procurement, and inventory management. This role demands an expert capable of integrating NetSuite with various third-party systems such as PLM, RFID, payment systems, ODS Azure, Fine Line, POS systems, and Shopify Plus. The specialist will be responsible for crafting detailed documentation of business processes and collaborating closely with offshore NetSuite practice teams to ensure successful
Responsibilities
Consulting and Advisory:
  • Provide expert consulting on ERP system best practices, optimizing processes and system enhancements.
  • Collaborate with client's senior management to ensure ERP strategies are well-aligned with business goals.
NetSuite ERP Implementation:
  • Oversee the deployment of NetSuite for financials, supply chain, procurement, inventory management, and allocations tailored to the apparel industry.
  • Customize and configure the NetSuite environment to align with the specific requirements of the client.
  • Help orient the offshore teams in refinement of functional aspects of the Netsuite Modules and processes in scope, along with coordinating with Amzur s offshore teams for technical implementations.
Third-Party Integration:
  • Establish the functional flow of the integration of NetSuite with diverse third-party systems including PLM, RFID, payment systems, ODS Azure, Fine Line, POS systems, and Shopify Plus.
  • Ensure effective data integration and flow between NetSuite and other critical business systems.
Business Process Documentation:
  • Develop comprehensive documentation of business processes specific to the client's operations.
  • Produce detailed guides and process flows to facilitate training and implementation.
Collaboration with Offshore Teams:
  • Coordinate with offshore NetSuite practice teams to drive effective implementation and customization.
  • Offer expert guidance and support to bolster offshore teams' capabilities in complex integrations and implementations.

Experience:
  • Minimum of 10-12 years experience in NetSuite ERP implementations, especially in financials, supply chain, procurement, and inventory management.
  • Demonstrated experience with integrating NetSuite with various third-party systems including PLM, RFID, and payment platforms.
  • Previous work in the apparel industry, understanding its unique challenges and requirements.
Skills:
  • Advanced skills in NetSuite ERP configuration and customization.
  • Proficient in business process documentation with a capability to produce detailed, user-friendly flow charts, guides and manuals.
  • Strong consulting abilities, acting as a strategic advisor and effective problem solver.
  • Excellent project management skills, capable of managing and coordinating with geographically dispersed teams.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for interacting across all organizational levels and with external partners.
