RF IC Design EngineerRole Overview

We are looking for experienced RFIC designers with a deep understanding of CMOS RF design, particularly in developing innovative RF products like power amplifiers, low-noise amplifiers, switches, and transceivers.

  • Take on a variety of design tasks in both existing and new projects, including responsibilities for design, layout, extraction, verification, and performance optimization of packaging.
  • Work closely with a team of analog/RF design experts and software engineers to develop automated design solutions for multiple technology nodes.
  • Become part of a dynamic and collaborative environment, working alongside a team of more than 25 professionals, including top industry experts in analog and RF design.
What We're Looking For
  • A Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering.
  • At least five years of experience in RF Integrated Circuit design.
  • A proven track record of supporting products throughout their entire lifecycle, from initial concept to mass production.
  • Hands-on experience with tape-out processes.
  • Strong skills in using Cadence design tools.
  • A proactive and curious mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
Additional Skills That Are a Plus
  • Expertise in circuit layout and advanced layout techniques.
  • Programming skills, with experience in Git and Python being particularly valuable.
  • A strong background in software development and algorithms.
  • Experience with digital IC design workflows.
  • Advanced proficiency with Cadence tools.
