This job request is for an SAP Technical Lead position that would be responsible for SAP S4 Hana Fiori app/Reporting (ABAP Developer) for General ledger through working knowledge and configuration experience

ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain SAP design and technical specification documentsPerform requirements gathering, Business Analysis, System Testing, Documentation and End User TrainingParticipate in the analysis to validate requirements and scope, assist in effort estimation.Develop, test, debug, implement, maintain, and document ABAP code used in RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Forms, and Workflows)Enhancing SAP system using BADIs, User exits, Customer exits, and enhancement framework options.Create Use cases, user stories, and other requirements/specifications artifacts.

Experience Required10+ years of experience with SAP ABAP programming and full SAP life cycle S/4 HANA implementation experience. Ability to perform in-depth hands-on configuration of required SAP FICO modules.Experience with programming in SAP ABAP 7.4 in S4 HANA, UI5/Fiori, SAP BTP, RAP.Experienced in developing the Fiori Reports Proven track record in making delivery commitments, managing customer expectations, and delivering on commitments.Effective time management, organizational, planning, and time management skills; ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, complex, and global environment to construct quality deliverables from minimal definitions and to work on multiple assignments simultaneously.Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills - able to convey complex blends of business and technical matters to a range of audiences.Experience in troubleshooting complex systems and performance testing and tuning.Thrive in a fast-paced working norm and manage multiple deliverables simultaneously.Ability to work collaboratively with others (including key stakeholders within and outside the team both onsite and offshore) and navigate complex decision-making.
