Technical Support Administrator-Tier 1

Currently we are searching for 2 (two) Level 1- Technical Support Techs to fulfill an immediate full-time vacancy.
This position is a Full-Time, Direct Hire position, not offering sponsorship, or C2C, that sits fully onsite in Dothan, AL.
Responsibilities:
- Level 1 help desk support for internal users in an enterprise organization.
- Phone support and ticket resolution.
- Troubleshooting on laptops, desktops, mobile devices in a Windows environment, including Vmware, Office 365, Active Directory, Azure.
Requirements:
- 6 months + technical experience in troubleshooting or help desk support.
- Strong communication and customer service skills required.
