RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Saint Louis, MO that is seeking an Operations Support Specialist.

Summary:
The Support Specialist assists in the operations and supervision of a Financial Advisor (FA) and their team. The role requires previous brokerage operations experience to support margin and money movement functions as part of a high performing operational team.

Responsibilities:
* Work closely with all internal and external constituents to resolve margin and money movement issues as they arise
* Become expert in our aspects of our account opening process, custody and clearing providers, advisory platform, forms management and reporting
* Be reactive in a quickly changing environment to provide fast, accurate service and problem resolution
* Do thorough review of assigned process to ensure the firm complies with policies and procedures

REQUIREMENTS:
* A collaborative team player with a positive attitude
* Able to organize work with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize the work to manage business priorities
* Able to follow a defined process
* Work well independently and as a part of a team
* Detail-oriented with attention to accuracy and meeting deadlines
* Exude excellent inter-personal skills

* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

* Someone with strong client orientation

Preferred Qualifications:
* 2+ years of experience in Brokerage and Client Services/ Operations
* General understanding of securities regulations and operations
* Strong demonstrated focus on providing exemplary client service; Excellent intra-personal skills and proficiencies with written, verbal and non-verbal communication skills required
* High proficiency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
* Strong independent decision-making and problem solving

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
