Overview Job Summary Galapagos Federal Systems LLC is seeking an experienced and highly qualified PRISM Contract Program Manager (PCPM) to provide leadership, strategic direction, and oversight for large-scale Department of Defense (DoD) and Federal Government programs. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with a diverse, talented team dedicated to driving mission success. The Program Manager will be responsible for managing Professional Services contracts at the Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) level, ensuring strict compliance with cost, schedule, and performance requirements. As the primary interface with government stakeholders, the PCPM will oversee cross-functional teams, provide technical direction, and deliver program excellence across one or more of the P&R Pool and/or MDoDS Pool functional areas. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience supporting high-visibility DoD or Federal programs, demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams, and a strong background in contract and program management. Responsibilities Skills / Experience Required * Active TS/SCI clearance * 10+ years of experience as a Program Manager leading DoD or Federal Government programs * Demonstrated expertise in one or more P&R Pool and/or MDoDS Pool functional areas of sustainment, maintenance, and life cycle support. * Proven track record managing Professional Services contracts at the MATOC level * Experience providing technical direction and oversight for complex, multi-disciplinary engagements * Strong background in DoD or Federal program management processes, including acquisition, planning, and execution * Ability to manage large teams and competing priorities with exceptional leadership and organizational skills * Experience in program management tools, methodologies, and performance metrics (e.g., MS Project, Earned Value Management, risk management frameworks) * Ability to prepare and deliver executive-level briefings, reports, and decision papers * Experience interfacing with senior government leadership, stakeholders, and contracting officials * Familiarity with DoD acquisition regulations, contract compliance, and mission support requirements Education / Certifications * Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Political Science, Human Resources, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field * Master's degree in a relevant discipline (preferred) * Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (preferred) * DAU/DoD Program Management training (Level II or III certification or equivalent) (preferred) * Professional Military Education (PME) or equivalent leadership development training (preferred) Benefits * Medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance * Flexible Spending Accounts * 401(k) * PTO * Paid Parental leave * Tuition reimbursement * Paid federal holidays Security Clearance Must be a U.S. Citizen. A high-level Department of Defense active security clearance is/may be required for this position. Physical Requirements Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time and typing and reading from a computer screen. The candidate must have enough mobility, including bending, reaching, and kneeling, to complete daily duties in a prompt and efficient manner, and that may include lifting up to thirty pounds, as necessary.
