Description

We are on the lookout for a Project Manager/Sr. Consultant to become a part of our team in POUGHKEEPSIE, New York. The role entails managing and delivering Cyber Security projects in a matrixed or co-sourced environment. This employment opportunity offers a contract to hire scenario with long-term potential.

Responsibilities:
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of Cyber Security projects
Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes
Utilize problem-solving skills to make sound judgments and decisions
Use your strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, standards, and best practices to ensure project success
Communicate effectively with various team members, both orally and in writing, including the ability to conduct presentations comfortably to large groups
Use MS Project and MS Office toolset (Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint) to manage project details and documentation
Implement risk management strategies, threat intelligence, and incident response measures
Leverage your experience in the Energy & Utilities or services industry
Utilize Cybersecurity tools and PPM tools, Jira, ServiceNow, or others in the execution of your duties
Apply Agile Scrum, Change Management, and other project management methodologies to ensure project success.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Project Manager or Senior Consultant in a relevant field
Proficiency in Atlassian Jira for project management tasks
Familiarity with Cisco Technologies and their application in business environments
Understanding of Cloud Technologies and their implementation in project management
Experience with CRM systems for managing customer relationships
Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning for business process management
Ability to use About Time software for efficient project management
Experience with AB Testing for optimizing project outcomes
Proficiency in Agile Scrum methodologies for project management
Experience with Budget Processes to ensure financial efficiency
Skills in Change Management to guide project teams through various stages of the project
