  • Azure IaaS Management: Deploy, tune, and optimize over 150 Azure compute servers.
  • Windows Desktop Support: Collaborate with the Desktop Support team to manage and support over 200 Windows desktops.
  • Microsoft 365 Maintenance: Assist in maintaining and securing the Microsoft 365 E5 environment, ensuring optimal performance.
  • On-call Rotation: Participate in a one-week-per-month on-call rotation to support critical systems and respond to emergencies.
