Project Description :
Seeking Intermediate Applications Developer/Engineer/Programmer to provide support for integrated research and analytics platform (IRAP) in a cloud-based data and analytics platform that provides seamless data management and analytics that allows researchers the ability to search data catalogs, access data, and collaborate with others. Seeking a motivated Full Stack Developer to join the team to support operations, maintenance and enhancement of Contractor must have strong background in data center routing and switching skills. Contractor must have extensive hands-on experience using .NET and React on AWS GovCloud infrastructure. NOTE: This will be a fulltime position.Performance Location: Washington, DC - Remote - Eastern Standard Time - (a minimum of 1 day per week on-site support may be required (unless otherwise directed).Period of Performance: October 28,2024 to December 31,2024, with the possibility of extension beyond 2024.

Qualification Requirements :
The candidate shall also demonstrate the below knowledge and experience:1. 5 years' experience designing, building, and maintaining custom web applications using .Net, react, HTML, and CSS2. 5 years' experience in designing and building secure web applications and microservices3. 3 years' experience in SQL4. 3 years' experience in presenting and defending Application Architecture to Architecture Review Boards or similar regulatory bodies5. 5 years' experience using Agile software development methodologies6. 5 years' experience building CI/CD pipelines, preferably using Azure DevOps or Gitlab7. Experience designing and building Cloud infrastructure in AWS.8. Experience building AWS Infrastructure using Terraform.9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to effectivelyinteract with stakeholders of varying levels of technology acumen10. Knowledge of FISMA security review and ATO process11. Experience acquiring in-depth understanding of large complex software systems to isolate defects, reproduce defects, assess risk, and understand varied customer deployments12. ship is required. s accepted.

Skills Requirements :
1. Experience designing and building Cloud infrastructure in AWS.2. Experience building AWS Infrastructure using Terraform.3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills4. Excellent ability to effectively interact with stakeholders of varying levels of technology acumen5. Experiencing building data infrastructure in AWS using Terraform IaC6. Experience to Build, enhance, and manage devops pipeline for IRAP.7. Experience to Recommend areas of improvements and enhancements for IRAP

Responsibilities :
1. Maintain the IRAP Portal webapp built using React, CSS, JS, HTML, Dynamo DB and .Net by performing necessary software/framework version upgrades, patches etc.2. Make enhancements to IRAP Portal front end, back end, and associatedinfrastructure in AWS per user needs.3. Update the design of IRAP Portal webapp to meet customer needs as well as scalability, resiliency, and cost optimization requirements.4. Update and maintain architecture artifacts and system documentation of IRAP.5. Represent IRAP team in Architecture Review Board review sessions.6. Enhance the logging, monitoring, and alerting capabilities of IRAP Portal.7. Ensure continuous compliance with FISMA standards to maintain ATO forIRAP.8. Create and implement NIST 800-53 internal controls for maintaining/renewingATO for IRAP as well as to increase the sensitivity level of IRAP.9. Build, enhance, and manage devops pipeline for IRAP.10. Build data infrastructure in AWS using Terraform IaC.11. Recommend areas of improvements and enhancements for IRAP
