Responsibilities: * Be able to provide support onsite, remotely, over the phone, or via email. * Develop solutions for systems & networks that support mission critical and mission essential infrastructure. * Analyze existing systems & networks and make proactive recommendations to drive change and create efficiencies. * Willing to perform minimal break - fix tasks Requirements: * 2 years with a bachelor's degree in an IT field; 6 years experience in lieu of a degree * Experience with Windows and/or Linux Server Operating Systems * Experience with Infrastructure Support Preferred Qualifications: * Knowledge of Server Operating System MS 2019 * Knowledge of Power Shell and Basic commands * Knowledge of MS patching process using WSUS * Knowledge of Active Directory * Knowledge of RMF and A&A accreditation process
