IT Operations Specialist with Security Clearance

Responsibilities & Qualifications TekSynap is seeking a IT Operations Specialist to p rovide day-to-day cloud and network operations support, ensuring system availability, identity management, and collaboration services for the JPO. RESPONSIBILITIES * Provide daily operations support across classified/unclassified cloud networks. * Maintain collaboration suites, engineering tools, and identity services. * Enforce Zero Trust principles in daily operations. * Troubleshoot network/system issues and ensure high availability. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS * Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or related. * 5+ years IT operations and service delivery experience; 3+ years in DoD. * Knowledge of identity management (AD, PKI, CAC/PIV) and cloud-native operations. * Familiarity with ITIL service management frameworks. * DoD 8570: IAT Level II (Security+ CE). * Active Secret clearance.
