Software Engineer with Security Clearance

I2X Technologies is seeking a Software Engineer / Developer to support ongoing activities for a cutomer in Colorado Springs, CO . This position will be on-site and will require an active Secret clearance. * Full-stack developer working on both front-end and back-end software * Developing automated tests (unit tests, service level tests, and end-to-end tests) to ensure high quality software is built into our continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines. * Code on GPS systems * Direct experience with Architecture Evolution Plan Qualifications * Bachelor's degree and 7 years of professional experience * Must be a US Citizen; Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access. * Development experience with any of the following programming languages: C++, Java, JavaScript, Python * Experience with application containerization (Kubernetes, Helm, Docker, Containers) in a cloud environment (AWS, Azure, OpenStack, OpenShift) * Experience working in an Agile development environment, using tools such as JIRA and Confluence * Experience with CI/CD - Deployment pipelines, automated build, and configuration tools Desired skills: * Active Secret security clearance * Recent on-program experience as a technical software lead (e.g., architecture design, technical research, project management, define/enforce code quality standards, etc.) * Development experience with Linux and shell scripting (e.g., bash, ash, ksh) * Familiarity with the Space Domain * Ability to communicate effectively and work in a collaborative environment * Ability to communicate verbally and in writing at a professional level * Demonstrated ability to establish strong team relationships and deliver exceptional results * Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills * Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery Essential Requirements: US Citizenship is required.
