Position Description:

We are seeking a skilled Product Manager to join our Originations Transformation team and focus on supporting the Maintain Dealer journey. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and user experience, to deliver data-driven insights and recommendations. You will play a critical role in advocating and executing the product vision, strategic direction, and roadmap, ensuring it aligns with client's broader transformation goals.

Responsibilities:3+ years' experience with financial servicesUnderstanding of indirect financing and the dealer modelRefining the product backlog for our Maintain Dealer journeyFormalizing design decisionsCollaborating with product managers and development teams to define product requirements, create user stories, and prioritize features related to booking and funding user-interfaceWorking closely with a product analyst and providing directionYou will also be responsible for:Approving current state business process reviewsApproving future-state process mapsApproving functional requirements and user storiesApproving new platform configurations and workflowsBusiness sign-off and informing business stakeholdersConsulting on UAT and integrations for business processes

Skills Required:Understanding of indirect financing and the dealer modelExperience working and monitoring product performanceAbility to work with multiple functional areas, including business operations team members, product organization, engineering, User Experience (UX)/User Insights (UI), sales, customer support, finance, or marketingEffective and inclusive when working in teams with diverse backgrounds to execute on a shared vision

Skills Preferred:A results-oriented mindset with a data-driven approach.Ability to think strategically with a passion for innovation and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Experience Preferred:Experience with working with dealersExperience with RouteOneExperience with JIRA Experience with Alfa3+ years with progressive responsibilities on agile software delivery teams

Education Required:Bachelor's degree, or equivalent years' experience

Additional Information:

Hybrid position with 3 days in office. Willing to consider candidates over target for the right position.
