The Clinical Nurse II in the Infectious Disease Med/Surg Unit is responsible for assessing, coordinating, and managing patient care throughout their treatment, with an emphasis on ensuring progress towards discharge. This role involves delivery and coordination of care by the nursing team to provide compassionate, competent care in various settings, including inpatient and community environments. Additionally, nurses participating in the Nursing Professional Advancement Pathway (NPAP) are expected to advance their clinical skills and expertise.

The Registered Professional Nurse is responsible for the delivery and coordination of patient care provided by the caregiving team. S/he assures that competent, compassionate patient care is uniformly provided to customers including referring facilities, hospital staff and patients in the inpatient, ambulatory, and community settings. ** Registered Professional Nurses that participate in the Nursing Professional Advancement Pathway (NPAP) must progress from novice to competent within a specialty. Nurses are eligible to apply for advancement to proficient or expert status as outlined in the NPAP.Hourly Min= $34.65
