Transition to Practice Fellowship
The Transition to Practice Fellowship at DispatchHealth is an intensive nine-month program designed for recent graduates in Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant programs. Participants receive hands-on training while working alongside seasoned providers, learning to care for acutely ill patients in a unique mobile healthcare model. This program emphasizes mentorship, skill development, and real-world experience to prepare fellows for independent practice in transforming healthcare delivery.
How You'll Make an Impact:As a member of DispatchHealth’s Transition to Practice Spring 2025 Program Cohort, you’ll work alongside other program fellows across the country to put your skills from your Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant training and advanced degree into practice. Interviews for the next cohort will start January 2025 and the program will begin April 14th, 2025.
What You'll Do:For your first portion of the program, you will participate in intensive classroom didactic and skills sessions and receive one-on-one in person training, guided by a seasoned provider while caring for patients in our unique care delivery model(s).
