We are seeking FLORIDA-BASED - FL LICENSED PHYSICAL THERAPISTS (PTs) for a Director's Position - This is a Unique Opportunity for Major Career Advancement

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise PTs and PTAs under you

  • Take responsibility to help expand the practice together with the management and marketing team

  • Develop and implement physical therapy programs with a focus on Manual Therapy

  • Evaluate patients using not only the regular PT evaluation tools but additional assessment tools that we will train you with

  • Evaluate the effects of therapy treatment and communicate patients' progress

  • Record and document patient care services in our EMR system

  • Collaborate with other members of the team to achieve above-average patient outcomes

  • Continue advancing your knowledge and expertise with participation in our various educational programs

Qualifications:

  • FL license

  • Previous supervisory experience in physical therapy is preferred

  • Ability to build rapport with patients and staff

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong leadership qualities

  • Visa and Green Card sponsoring are available
