We are currently growing and looking forward to hiring a Product Line Manager for the Fiery USA team.
As a Product Line Manager: To lead the development and execution of product strategies for our digital print and workflow solutions. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver products that meet market demands and drive business growth.
This role requires up to 30% domestic and international travel, including customer visits, trade shows, internal events, etc.
Job Requirements:
Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 4 years in product management.
Skills: (Technical & Behavioral skills)
- Product Strategy: Develop and implement product strategies aligned with company goals.
- Competitive Analysis: Analyze and benchmark competitive products, monitor competitive activity, and identify customer needs. Create competitive white papers and other documents that highlight how Fiery's products should be positioned in the market. As a PLM, you will have full responsibility for conducting market research and competitive analysis, implementing priorities and trade-off decisions to balance efforts and go-to-market plans with demands from our OEM partners, market segments, and the long-term Fiery product vision.
- Market Analysis & Customer Insights: Identify key industry trends/market movements and define the strategic product vision to keep the product line a market leader. Work with the sales team to understand segment-specific requirements, make trade-off decisions, and translate all that into feature definitions that are applicable over multiple segments. Track and manage the business (revenue, margin, share, etc.) of the product line; take actions necessary to achieve growth and profitability goals. As a PLM, you will work closely with our Sales team to digest and translate market requirements into product requirements that meet customer demands and ensure the highest leverage in multiple segments. You will also be in touch with our end customers to collect feedback and develop new ideas.
- Roadmap Development: Develop the product line roadmap and ensure timely delivery. As a PLM, you will have a clear vision and roadmap for how to maximize customer impact and revenue with the product lines, across all applicable market segments, ensuring timely delivery of features.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to drive product development. This role requires you to work with multiple stakeholders and to manage interdependencies between different products and technologies within and outside of your product line.
- Performance Metrics: Define and track Key Performance Indicators to measure product success.
- Product Positioning: Develop clear product positioning that includes pricing and channel strategy, and create a messaging platform to provide the foundation for outbound marketing. Lead organization-wide efforts to improve the overall customer experience and satisfaction with the Fiery product line.
- Product Go-to-Market: Work with product marketing to execute the go-to-market plan. Ensure internal functional groups can launch, sell, fulfill, and support products or technologies.
- Product Development: Define product requirements to meet the business objectives. Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure scrum teams will implement requirements that meet market demands. Make trade-offs as necessary during the development phase. Define, implement, and monitor software analytics to track product usage and forecast customer requirements.
- Product Evangelist: Personally evangelize products and the company through tradeshows, webinars, plus partner and customer visits.
- Industry knowledge: Strong experience with digital print workflows is strongly preferred.
- Ownership: Strong track record of successfully bringing a product to market, owning the process from start to finish, and being able to make tough decisions to ensure the right product gets delivered on time.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in a global environment.
- Innovation: Proven experience developing AI-based or other innovative solutions is a strong plus.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities; ability to learn fast.
- Data-driven: Proven ability to leverage data and analytics in product decision-making.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to take a complex topic and distill it down to the key messages for the field.
- Autonomy: Ability to work independently, multi-task, and maintain excellent attention to details.
Desirable but not mandatory:
- Ability to work in a matrix environment.

Compensation: The salary range for this position is $140,000 – $166,000 USD. Fiery considers a variety of factors when determining base compensation, including experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
