Emergency Roadside Service Dispatcher - Macon, GA (In-office position)

Salary: $16.90 per hour / $34,053 annually

We're looking for Emergency Roadside Service Dispatchers for our Macon, GA office. When our policyholders experience vehicle issues, you'll be the one providing support for them with services like locating a locksmith or dispatching a tow truck. Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience providing outstanding customer service by fostering trust and growing customer satisfaction
  • Strong computer proficiency and typing ability - experience with Microsoft Office, e-mail, Web-enabled applications, and database software
  • Ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, and willingness to expand on these abilities
  • Ability to work comfortably and grow in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
  • Willingness to learn new skills and ability to adjust to changes quickly
  • Open to feedback to support your performance and development
  • Eagerness to explore new skills and different career paths
  • Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
  • This role will require that candidates work from the GEICO office at 4295 Ocmulgee East Boulevard, Macon, GA 31295
