The Care Manager RN in the Pediatric Cardiology Clinic is tasked with managing patient populations suffering from chronic illnesses and co-morbidities. Description
The Registered Nurse Specialist is responsible for managing patient populations with chronic illness and/or multiple co-morbidities. This position works in coordination with multiple PCPs and serves as the central link to an identified population of patients.

Required Qualifications:
- Coursework/Training: Graduation from an approved, accredited school of Nursing.
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- 2 years of work experience in an RN role.
- Work experience revolving around medications and IV solutions in terms of purpose, administration, side effects and contraindications and administers according to established standards and provider orders.
- Experience managing complex patients in an ambulatory setting.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.

Providence Clinical Network (PCN) is a service line within Providence serving patients across seven states with quality, compassionate, coordinated care.
