The CT Technologist Per Diem operates CAT scanners to create cross-sectional images for diagnostic purposes, adhering to established protocols. This role requires proper sterile technique, interaction with patients across all age groups, and administration of contrast media under a physician's supervision. Candidates must hold a Florida CRT Radiology license, ARRT certification, and BLS certification, along with excellent customer service skills.

Knowledge in the proper use of the PACS and RIS systems in accordance with set protocols and the manufacturer recommendations. * Demonstrates a thorough knowledge of computer language and cross-sectional anatomy. * Practices proper sterile technique. Adheres to infection control guidelines. * Interacts efficiently, professionally and courteously with all contacts. * Draws up requested medication/contrast media and accurately records the administered amount and time as per the physician's orders. * Administers contrast media under the direction of a physician.
