The Clinical Nurse in the Operating Room at Holy Cross Hospital is responsible for providing compassionate, person-centered care in a dynamic surgical environment. Candidates are required to have 1-2 years of operating room experience, with specific preference for orthopedic and ortho-spine expertise. This per diem role focuses on technical skills in various complex surgical procedures, contributing to the mission of delivering high-quality healthcare services.

We are looking for extraordinary nurses who are strong patient advocates and have at least one to two years of Operating Room experience. Ideal candidates will have two to three years of scrubbing or circulating experience in a busy OR. Demonstrated assessment, evaluation, and technical skills gained from scrubbing in a variety of complex surgical procedures in various specialties.
