  • Current license from the state of Texas

  • Additional Details
  • Travelers are the first to float within the facility.
  • Not allowed to have worked here as perm staff previously.
  • 150 MILE RADIUS RULE.
  • 2 days unbilled orientation.
  • No tobacco facility.
  • Visible tattoos are permitted.
  • Facial hair should be neatly groomed.
