The Market & Sales Manager at Randstad is responsible for leading and coaching a team to achieve sales goals while ensuring excellent client and talent experiences. This role emphasizes business development and team accountability, leveraging B2B sales tactics in the staffing industry. The manager will drive recruitment efforts, market talent, and implement innovative solutions to foster growth for both clients and candidates.

What you need to bring:

  • Proven track record of B2B selling and growing accounts while leading others
  • 3-5 years of staffing agency experience
  • Success using both analytics and relationships to drive results
  • History of leading and growing a successful team
  • Experience in prioritizing work
  • Excellent professional communication and history of developing authentic relationships
  • Comfort in a position with major impact opportunity
  • Passion for being “in the trenches” and teaching others by example
  • Possess a relentless determination to make things happen
  • Proficient using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives
