Transition to Practice Fellowship at DispatchHealth Management summary:

The Transition to Practice Fellowship at DispatchHealth is a nine-month program designed for recent graduates of Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant programs to gain hands-on experience in patient care. Fellows will receive intensive training, mentorship from advanced practice leaders, and will learn about managing acute patients while participating in a unique care delivery model. This program aims to prepare fellows for independent practice and enhance their skills in delivering high-quality healthcare in various patient settings.

How You'll Make an Impact:

Interviews for the next cohort will start January 2025 and the program will begin April 14th, 2025.

What You'll Do:

For your first portion of the program, you will participate in intensive classroom didactic and skills sessions and receive one-on-one in person training, guided by a seasoned provider while caring for patients in our unique care delivery model(s). Additional programmatic elements include learning documentation best practices, receiving coaching & mentoring, 1:1 feedback, and virtual case study work with your cohort.
