Registered Nurse Case Manager at Baylor Scott & White Orthopedic and Spine Hospital – Arlington:

 

·       The Case Manager coordinates the discharge planning of BOSHA inpatients and assists with all other case management needs as requested.

·       Current license as a Registered Nurse in TX

·       CCM preferred

·       One to three years' experience in Case Management.

·       Relevant clinical experience preferred.

·       Demonstrate competent communication and leadership skills.

·       Knowledge of Joint Commission, CMS, Private Insurance and TDSHS standards.

·       Basic computer knowledge. Word and Excel preferred

·       Possess the ability to make independent decisions and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
