If you're eager to contribute to redefining the landscape of healthcare revenue cycle management and be a part of our collaborative, positive, and human-centric culture, we'd love to hear from you About the Position: The Generalist, Client Services position is to oversee the organization's reception area and perform specific administrative functions. This role will require you to be responsive to all inquiries and concerns in a patient-centric, professional, and timely manner. What You'll Do: To excel in this role, an individual must satisfactorily perform the duties below; additional duties may be assigned.   • Answer main line telephone in a timely, courteous, and professional manner; transfer/route calls; receive and disseminate messages
  • Greet, assist, direct, and log all visitors accordingly
  • Sort all incoming mail and route to the appropriate departments
  • Respond to correspondence accordingly
  • Print medical record request for mailing
  • Keep inventory of office supplies and order as needed
  • Submit work order requests and manage the status of completion
  • Maintain and update organization's reference documents
  • Assist in the preparation of materials, templates, forms, presentations, etc.
  • Handle special projects as requested Schedule meetings and plan organization activities/events
  • Process medical records request for clients, attorney's and insurance companies
  • Prepare documents, print, and scan as required
  • Adherence to the Code of Conduct and Corporate Compliance Program
  • Other duties as assigned
What You'll Bring:
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 1+ years' experience in an office setting or customer service environment.
  • Preferred (not required) experience in using medical billing software and electronic medical records.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Experience in working with reports, spreadsheets, and Excel.
  • Problem solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and customer relation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Possess strong organizational skills.
  • Understand HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability) guidelines.
  • Strong Language Ability: Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Write routine reports and correspondence. Speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.
  • Strong Mathematical Ability: Calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
  • Strong Reasoning Ability: Solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
