We are looking for an experienced Sales Representative to help homeowners reinvent the most important room in their home, creating beauty, function and pride of ownership they will enjoy for many years to come-all with the opportunity to earn a base salary plus unlimited commission.

Who we are looking for:

  • An experienced in-home sales professional who recognizes the value of receiving qualified, confirmed appointments on a daily basis, and can produce results.
  • A passionate team-player who is hungry, self-motivated, and hardworking.

What it is the magic of being a Kitchen Magic Sales Representative:

  • Expected six figure earnings in the first year - $120,000 - $150,000. Top sales representatives can earn $200,000.
  • Three weeks of paid training.
  • Paid time off and one day off during the week.
  • Generous commission structure with no earnings cap.
  • Commission paid promptly after sale, no waiting for the job to finish.
  • Company profit sharing bonus.
  • Guaranteed base pay to cover expenses – no messy expense forms.
  • Company provides qualified, confirmed appointments with homeowners – no cold calling.
  • Increases in base salary based on sales volume.
  • Working with an experienced sales team who on average have been with the company 5+ years.

  • Prior in-home sales experience preferred.
  • Excellent people skills.
  • Resilient in the face of rejection.
  • Demonstrated ability to follow a written sales process.
  • Strong follow up and organizational skills
  • Flexibility and willingness to drive the distance to confirmed appointments.
  • Saturday availability.
  • Authorized to work in the US for any employer.
  • Must have reliable transportation other than public transportation.
  • Must live within daily commuting distance of sales territory or planning to relocate prior to start date.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Visit customers in-home to present our products and services.
  • Present and build the value of our custom, money saving solution.
  • Earn your prospects business and design kitchens
