- AK License
- Minimum of 1year required of clinical experience as a Pre-op/PACU RN
- BLS, ACLS, PALS
- 1 year of Epic experience is preferred
- Electronic Documentation preferred
- Clinical experience as an OR Staff RN preferred
- First-Timers Accepted: Yes
- Locals Accepted: No
- Charting: Epic
- COVID-19 Vaccine (Facility Guideline): Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only
- Flu Vaccine (Facility Guideline): Required - No Exemptions
Start Date: ASAP (4 weeks from offer for compliance requirements)Shift: 3x12 days.Ratios:Years of Experience REQ: Minimum of 1year Required of clinical experience as a Pre-op/PACU RN.
